Guidance & Services

Dementia changes more than memory. It can affect relationships, communication, routines, and roles, and leave families and professionals facing decisions they may not have anticipated. The Quiet Path provides practical, person-centered guidance, consultation, and education to help people understand how dementia affects the person living with it and how it changes their abilities, communication, behavior, relationships, and participation in family life.

Dementia can feel overwhelming.Together, we develop a clear, manageable plan for the next steps.

  • Guidance for Individuals, Families & Care Partners

Dementia can bring questions, changes, and decisions no one expects to face. I provide personalized guidance to individuals living with dementia and those who love and care for them, helping them understand how dementia is affecting the person and their relationships, navigate changing needs and behaviors, consider options, plan for transitions, and make decisions with greater clarity and confidence.

  • Community Education & Training

Understanding dementia can change the way a community responds to the people and families living with it. I offer presentations and educational programs that make dementia easier to understand, help people recognize changes associated with the disease, strengthen communication, and encourage more informed and compassionate communities.

  • Healthcare & Senior Service Professionals

I work with healthcare providers, senior service organizations, and professional care teams to strengthen dementia knowledge and translate that understanding into everyday practice. Consultation and education can focus on communication, changing behaviors and needs, person-centered approaches, family dynamics, and practical ways to better support individuals living with dementia and those who care for them.
